Category Management Senior Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop category management strategies, assortment optimization, and layout optimization to drive client growth.
• Perform real and near-time sales analysis to enable better strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Act as the primary dunnhumby expert in Category Management for assigned clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and merchandising solutions.
• Manage and influence retailer and manufacturer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong Category Management expertise, including assortment optimization and planogram development.
• Proven experience in merchandising and category strategy.
• Ability to use shopper, customer, and sales insights to drive retail performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A consultative mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
