Category Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager in executing category strategies aligned with business goals
• Assist in sourcing new products and maintaining the assortment for the category
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product details, pricing, and promotional offers
• Track category performance, including sales, pricing, and stock availability
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly promotions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely listing of products, content, and images on the app
• Liaise with the supply chain team to support availability and smooth onboarding of new SKUs
• Conduct market research to identify trends and benchmark pricing

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a retail or quick/e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, including the supplier landscape and seasonality
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of commercial KPIs
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude and a commercial mindset
