About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert for category management frameworks, Power BI dashboards, and proprietary data tools across the client organization.
- Support client teams in adopting data-driven tools, ensuring technical proficiency and confidence in their usage.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting, and practical support to client teams to resolve issues.
- Translate complex customer insights into compelling narratives, actionable recommendations, and clear category outcomes.
- Deliver structured training and coaching to uplift category management capabilities across various functions.
- Embed key category management frameworks into standard business processes and decision-making cycles.
- Oversee user setup, communications, and usage reporting to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Insight-based role, including data analysis and recommendation development.
- Proven experience in Category Management within a retail or manufacturing context.
- Strong industry experience within the FMCG sector.
- High analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into practical, actionable guidance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, specifically in distilling insights into meaningful business narratives.
- Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
