About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global 5-year category strategies for IT Managed Services and Corporate Services
  • Manage total cost of ownership models, supplier evaluation, and selection processes
  • Lead fact-based negotiations and develop complex contractual frameworks in cooperation with legal teams
  • Monitor market trends and category dynamics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and monitor performance metrics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement objectives with business requirements
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to qualified suppliers
  • Implement and manage tools for contract and spend management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
  • Proven experience sourcing managed services or IT services
  • Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of financial analysis
  • Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with contract law
  • Proficiency with source-to-pay systems such as COUPA, Ariba, or SAP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with multinational consulting firms
  • Certified Professional of Supply Management (CPSM) or other relevant procurement certification
  • Experience in the Food or Agri-business industry
  • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management methodologies
