Category Execution Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of category initiatives, including product changes, visibility enhancements, and shelf standards
• Define and ensure KPIs are met in alignment with Unilever standards
• Ensure appropriate infrastructure and enablers are in place to consistently achieve execution standards
• Monitor and manage category budgets to ensure optimal utilization
• Report execution performance and insights to Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P) for continuous improvement
• Manage third-party partners to ensure alignment with Unilever’s standards and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in category management or customer development
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
• Strategic and critical thinking capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Development (CD) operations or sales
