Category Design Manager Oral Health

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of category-wide visual brand strategies, identity systems, and design frameworks.
• Define the creative direction for multiple brands to ensure distinctiveness and growing brand equity.
• Create and steward new brand assets, packaging principles, experience guidelines, and visual languages.
• Design and direct end-to-end consumer experiences across omnichannel environments including packaging, digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally with insights, R&D, marketing, and technology leaders to bring breakthrough ideas to life.
• Mentor designers and agency partners to elevate creative standards and craftsmanship.
• Drive innovation by bringing external cultural trends and design futures into the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Creative Design Manager, or Design Lead.
• Expertise in Branding, Design Systems, and Innovation Design.
• Proven experience in FMCG or healthcare design leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (experience with 3D, CAD, or motion is a plus).
• Strong design thinking and human-centered design skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing omnichannel brand system design and breakthrough creative work.
• Ability to articulate creative decisions through the lens of consumer and business impact.

• Experience managing category-level budgets.
