About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify growth opportunities in current and new categories across all sales channels
- Design and coordinate the follow-up of innovation initiatives and product launches to fill identified market gaps
- Define and establish differentiated category strategies to close competitive gaps
- Monitor and communicate performance results for snack, tostada, and candy categories, including new and discontinued products
- Compile and analyze external market and competitor information to strengthen category strategies
Requirements
- Professional degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing and marketing information management
- Experience working with costs
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
- Proficiency in consumer trend analysis and market research
- Experience with sales forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or postgraduate studies
