Catchment Support

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day activities and operations of schools in the Midlands area (Longford, Meath, Roscommon)
• Interact with children, families, principals, and staff members daily
• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service continuation
• Lead teams by example and provide feedback on employee performance
• Ensure employees follow Sherpa Kids systems, procedures, and compliance policies
• Monitor company requirements and ensure professional programme delivery

Requirements

• Experience in managing and leading a team
• SNA experience
• Valid driver's licence and own car
• FAR training certificate
• Knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to pass Garda vetting
• Valid Work Permit/VISA for more than 20 hours per week
• Minimum 2 years experience working with school-aged children
