About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day activities and operations of schools in the Midlands area (Longford, Meath, Roscommon)
- Interact with children, families, principals, and staff members daily
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service continuation
- Lead teams by example and provide feedback on employee performance
- Ensure employees follow Sherpa Kids systems, procedures, and compliance policies
- Monitor company requirements and ensure professional programme delivery
Requirements
- Experience in managing and leading a team
- SNA experience
- Valid driver's licence and own car
- FAR training certificate
- Knowledge of child development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to pass Garda vetting
- Valid Work Permit/VISA for more than 20 hours per week
- Minimum 2 years experience working with school-aged children
