Catchment Support

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day activities and operations of each school
• Interact with children, families, principals, and staff members
• Supervise daily operations of the company's operation department
• Lead teams by example and provide feedback on employee performance
• Ensure employees follow Sherpa Kids systems and procedures
• Support compliance and monitor company policies and requirements
• Ensure programmes are run professionally and are fully compliant

Requirements

• Experience managing and leading a team
• SNA experience
• Minimum 2 years experience working with school-aged children
• Valid driver's licence and own car
• FAR training certificate
• Knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass Garda vetting
• Valid Work Permit/VISA for more than 20 hours per week
• Ability to provide at least 2 written references
