About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a research assistant to perform catalytic evaluations at a laboratory scale
  • Conduct literature searches on specific topics and review English-language scientific articles
  • Perform daily laboratory work and acquire proficiency in various analytical techniques
  • Participate in weekly 5S check-ups, monthly safety meetings, and instrument training
  • Analyze experimental results and deliver findings through English reports and presentations
  • Complete additional temporary assignments as directed by tutors

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience conducting basic experiments in a chemical laboratory setting
  • Strong foundational knowledge of organic chemistry
  • Ability to solve problems independently and a drive to learn new concepts
  • Proficiency in English for technical reporting and oral presentations
  • Responsible, self-driven, and highly motivated
