Catalog Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of content audits following established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Use human judgment and editorial expertise to approve or disapprove audit entries, even when dealing with ambiguous information.
• Create high-quality textual content for Amazon products to enhance the customer e-commerce experience.
• Analyze system-generated outputs and develop custom prompts to improve the precision and recall of automated systems.
• Utilize various sources to validate and enrich catalog data, ensuring reliability and relevance.
• Identify emerging trends and patterns through data analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Communicate audit results, insights, and recommendations for process improvement to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for other associates within the team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of analytics and statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL, and ETL DW concepts.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Datazen, or SSRS.
• Experience in back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
