Catalog Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of content audits following established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Use human judgment and editorial expertise to approve or disapprove audit entries, providing well-reasoned explanations.
• Create high-quality textual content for Amazon products to enhance the customer e-commerce experience.
• Develop and curate custom prompts/instructions to improve the quality and precision of system-generated outputs.
• Analyze available data to identify emerging trends and patterns to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Communicate audit results and insights to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement.
• Validate and enrich catalog data using various sources to ensure reliability and relevance.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for other associates within the team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills, especially when dealing with ambiguous information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of analytics and statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL, and ETL DW concepts.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, or SSRS.
• Experience in back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
