Responsibilities

• Define and execute research on user experience via discovery, analysis, benchmarking, and wire-framing
• Plan, conduct, and analyze quantitative studies to evaluate product changes
• Create opportunity frameworks to guide business priorities and goals
• Synthesize data into actionable findings and measurable customer experience outcomes
• Advocate for users throughout the development process
• Communicate research insights to senior leadership
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and program management teams to develop and test solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in catalog systems or eCommerce

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
