Catalog SME - Enterprise Informatics

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed product specifications into accurate system data for BOMs and product catalogues
• Support the implementation of engineering changes (ECO/ECM) with high accuracy and compliance
• Create and execute action plans for configuration updates and product changes
• Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation of all configuration activities
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across ERP and PDM systems
• Monitor adherence to change management and quality standards, escalating risks where required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in Configuration Management, PDM, Quality, Systems, or Engineering Data roles
• Proficiency in SAP and PDM tools
• Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering changes (ECO/ECM)
• High attention to detail, precision, and data integrity
• Ability to thrive in a process-driven, quality-focused environment
