Casual Workforce Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative management for rostering and scheduling casual academic staff within the College of Schools
• Administer casual academic employment processes including records, contracts, rosters, and timesheets
• Provide accurate advice on relevant policies, procedures, and systems
• Offer high-quality administrative and coordination support, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
• Respond to complex enquiries and liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative workflows and practices

Requirements

• Year 12 or relevant tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative support, preferably in higher education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Advanced skills in data entry, spreadsheet management, and database administration
