Castline Fill Station Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate BRP castlines, including initiating and controlling pouring robots and other castline functionality
• Use a hoist to move aluminum casting clusters around the work area
• Maintain related equipment to ensure proper functioning, including furnace cleaning
• Work with other operational functions to ensure appropriate part flow
• Maintain run-at-rate with band saws and coating operations
• Collaborate with the quality team to obtain first-part approvals
• Adhere to established safety rules and follow process sheets to ensure high-quality production

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Technically and mechanically inclined
• Ability to effectively follow written and verbal processes
• Self-motivated with an inclination toward process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
