About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate miscellaneous investment foundry machines and equipment
  • Manufacture and test parts according to engineering and customer specifications
  • Perform inspection and testing activities to ensure parts are free of defects
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and flash from manufactured parts
  • Maintain accurate and reliable documentation and part identification
  • Perform operator maintenance on various foundry equipment
  • Communicate shift change requirements to ensure seamless team transitions

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist and push/pull up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to maintain a grip strength of at least 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in investment casting
  • Experience in a wax room (injection press and assembly)
