Cast Member

Responsibilities

• Engage Guests in magical experiences by providing exceptional service and brand storytelling
• Maintain Disney brand standards by keeping the store neat, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory counts to ensure product availability
• Perform efficient till transactions and cash handling following company SOPs
• Promote Guest loyalty through detailed product knowledge and proactive service
• Participate in scripted and non-scripted store events to bring Disney stories to life
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, grooming standards, and company policies

Requirements

• Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust to different Guest needs
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work flexibly across the Summer Season (12 hours per week)
• Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and commitment to brand integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
• Experience with visual merchandising
• Experience with cash handling and till operations
