Casino VIP Host

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, driving engagement and loyalty through personalized outreach via SMS, phone, and email
• Oversee player bonusing to ensure rewards align with player behavior while protecting company margins and reinvestment rates
• Act as the "Voice of the Player" by advising product teams on game providers, titles, and features to improve the VIP experience
• Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term loyalty milestones
• Analyze player activity and data to ensure bonuses are aligned with theoretical win and actual play
• Monitor player health and behavioral shifts to execute proactive reactivation strategies and prevent churn
• Collect and translate player feedback regarding UX/UI and competition into actionable insights for product and retention teams
• Ensure all player interactions and incentives adhere to regulatory standards and responsible gaming protocols

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or luxury relationship management (Hospitality, Sales, or Premium Concierge)
• Strong commercial instincts with an understanding of P&L awareness and bonusing as an investment
• High EQ and exceptional communication skills for managing rapport with high-net-worth individuals
• Proficiency in managing high-volume communication across multiple channels
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain meticulous records

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the iGaming landscape, including top-performing slots and live dealer trends
• Experience with reinvestment rate calculations and player lifetime value
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
