About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct 75+ outbound calls daily to targeted casino guests to drive room reservations and revenue
- Meet or exceed established sales, productivity, and conversion targets
- Build and maintain personalized one-on-one guest relationships to drive repeat business
- Promote casino promotions, events, and programs to qualified guests
- Handle guest concerns professionally and provide efficient service recovery
- Coordinate guest reservations, transportation, and accommodations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in casino operations, telemarketing/sales, or hospitality
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and an Alcohol Awareness Card
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with professional email communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Patron Management, Opera, and Empower CM systems
- Additional language skills
