Responsibilities

• Build and maintain loyalty with VIP guests through personalized relationship management and communication.
• Provide exceptional guest service to the VIP segment to promote the casino and increase revenue.
• Recognize and greet frequent guests, and meet jackpot winners to encourage extended visits.
• Monitor the slot floor and pit to identify potential high-worth players.
• Manage relationship marketing strategies, including booking trips using hotel rooms, restaurants, and special events.
• Balance guest comps against business practices and company financial goals.
• Promote the Player’s Club and capture relevant guest information for marketing purposes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding player information and business strategies.
• Attend special events and promotions both on and off-site.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or casino guest services.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized software quickly.
• Basic math skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance with LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment with high noise levels.
