Cashmere Lab Testing & Quality Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing and quality assurance of cashmere raw materials and finished products
• Establish and maintain testing standards for composition, fiber length, fineness, and color consistency
• Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with international testing standards (GB, ISO, ASTM)
• Collaborate with suppliers, brands, and third-party testing institutions
• Build and manage QA/QC teams, train staff, and implement standardized testing procedures
• Provide technical reports and data analysis to support procurement, production, and R&D decisions
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methods, including micro-analysis and advanced fiber testing technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related fields
• Proven experience in cashmere or wool fiber testing
• Strong knowledge of raw material analysis
• Background in brand-side QA/QC or third-party testing institutions
• Familiarity with international and domestic testing methods
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented
