About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage cash transactions and register operations
- Monitor bills and payments
- Manage reservations, arrival flow, and seating
- Coordinate with floor teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain the reception and cash area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cashier role
- Proficiency in French and English
- Organized and rigorous approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SevenRooms reservation software is a plus
