Cashier/Customer Entrance Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service including creating shopping authorizations, processing credits, and updating customer data
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Manage the checkout process to ensure optimal flow for customers
• Perform secure cash handling, including change control and distribution
• Ensure correct accounting of goods outgoing in compliance with internal and legal regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale (e.g., Großhandelskaufmann or Einzelhandelskauffrau)
• Previous experience in a comparable position is ideal
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong customer orientation and a friendly, helpful attitude
