Cashier/Customer Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome, inform, and advise customers to ensure a pleasant and secure experience
• Promote casino offers and commercial actions to boost customer experience and loyalty
• Maintain the gaming hall and perform routine maintenance or minor troubleshooting on machines
• Perform cash register operations in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
• Ensure the application of current rules and internal procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work alternating schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Commitment to following strict internal procedures and regulations
