About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct booking and settlement of outgoing goods
- Manage the cashier process to maintain optimal workflows for customers
- Handle cash disposal, change control, and change issuance securely
- Ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations during cash settlement
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Wholesale or Retail Merchant) or equivalent practical experience
- Leadership experience in a comparable position to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient knowledge of cashier operations and MS Office
- Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
- Reliable, conscientious, and responsible working style
- Ability to work in a two-shift system
