Responsibilities
- Control the cashier process to ensure optimal flow for customers
- Manage cash disposal and change control/issuance securely
- Ensure correct booking and settlement of outgoing goods
- Maintain compliance with internal and legal regulations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale
- Previous leadership experience in a comparable position
- Proficient knowledge of cashier operations and MS Office
- Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
- Reliable, conscientious, and calm under pressure
- Availability to work in a two-shift system
