Cashier Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Control the cashier process to ensure optimal flow for customers
• Manage cash disposal and change control/issuance securely
• Ensure correct booking and settlement of outgoing goods
• Maintain compliance with internal and legal regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Wholesale or Retail Merchant) or equivalent practical experience
• Previous leadership experience in a comparable position
• Proficient knowledge as a cashier and familiarity with cash processing
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for retail
• Reliable, conscientious, and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a two-shift system
