Cashier Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Control the cashier process to ensure optimal workflows for customers
• Manage cash disposal and change control/issuance securely
• Ensure correct booking and settlement of outgoing goods in compliance with internal and legal regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Wholesale or Retail Merchant) or equivalent practical experience
• Leadership experience in a comparable position to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient knowledge of cashier operations and MS Office
• Customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for retail
• Reliable, conscientious, and calm under high customer volume
• Availability to work in a two-shift system
