Cashier (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through advanced sales techniques and expert product knowledge
• Maximize selling opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of UAE Lottery products
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and guest loyalty
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Handle daily stock management, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock levels
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, managing both cash and card payments
• Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and well-prepared for customers at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in cash handling and transaction management
• Strong sales techniques and ability to engage customers effectively
• Experience with visual merchandising and stock management
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the lottery or gaming industry
• Proficiency in Malayalam
