Cashier

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding hospitality
• Take food orders and enter information into the POS terminal
• Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately
• Maintain product knowledge to answer guest questions and make suggestions
• Complete daily prep tasks and maintain a clean workstation
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, bussing, and resetting tables
• Handle guest concerns by listening and informing management
• Support team members and leadership to ensure an outstanding guest experience

Requirements

• Ability to handle cash and digital transactions with accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed directions and standard restaurant procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
• Valid alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS) if 19 or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work under stress
