Cashier/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately following established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience
• Manage the store welcome desk on a rotational basis
• Provide information and assistance to customers at the reception desk
• Handle telephone inquiries and manage customer returns or refunds
• Perform administrative tasks such as checking cash register sheets and managing checkout lines

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in a cashier role
• Strong sense of customer service, availability, and benevolence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
