About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute morning and end-of-day procedures including cash drawer setup and reconciliation
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries using the EVO digital platform
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments
- Promote new products and campaigns to customers to enhance engagement
- Support the Call Center team and provide customer assistance via phone or in-person
Requirements
