Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
• Issue receipts, manage cash drawers, and reconcile transactions
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
• Assist with reservations, take-away orders, and guest inquiries when needed
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
• Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cashier in a restaurant or retail environment
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
