About the role
Responsibilities
- Customer service at the checkout according to established procedures and standards
- Registering goods and transactions, accepting payments (cash, non-cash, order deposits), and issuing fiscal documents (receipts, invoices, credit notes)
- Settling transactions at the end of the shift
- Processing returns and handling complaints according to procedures
- Building customer relationships through partner and loyalty programs
- Collaborating with other store departments, such as Logistics, during goods reception and transport execution
Requirements
- Experience in customer service (specifically checkout, payments, returns, and complaints) or a desire to develop in this area
- Ability to work in a team and value cooperation
- Meticulousness and accuracy, especially when working with cash and fiscal documents
- Availability for shift work during store opening hours (06:30 - 22:00), including Saturdays (up to 3 per month) and trading Sundays
