Responsibilities

• Ensure a fast and efficient check-out service for customers
• Handle payments reliably, efficiently, accurately, and in a friendly manner
• Create a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business
• Understand the importance of accurate stock inventory
• Contribute to the check-out action plan
• Listen to and communicate customer feedback to the Manager
• Follow business contingency plans during system outages to minimize customer impact

Requirements

• Availability to work 3 to 4 days per week
• Wide availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Solid understanding of an easy shopping experience
• Knowledge of payment processes and tools
• Alignment with IKEA brand, culture, and values
