Cashier II

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and creating a lasting impression.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain high accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all company policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards.
• Perform end-of-shift audits and keep the cashwrap area organized and clean.
• Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a cashier or retail role; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak holiday seasons.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
