Responsibilities
- Manage efficient cash desk operations, including transactions, complaints, and returns
- Deliver excellent customer service to build a loyal base of repeat shoppers
- Perform CRM data gathering and ensure high quality management of customer information
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment around the cash area
- Utilize business systems and the latest technology proficiently
- Induct new team members to the cash desk operations
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a cash desk
- Experience in a premium retail environment is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
