About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service including credits, deposit vouchers, invoice checks, and complaints
- Process transactions by scanning customer purchases at the checkout
- Support colleagues in sales and at the customer entrance
Requirements
- Ideally completed commercial training
- Experience as a cashier or in retail is a plus
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Career changers are welcome and will receive training
