Cashier and Service Host

Responsibilities

• Inform and advise customers on Conforama services and current offers
• Manage refunds and specific requests with reactivity and professionalism
• Process payments smoothly and efficiently to ensure a pleasant experience
• Welcome customers at the after-sales service (SAV) and goods collection point
• Identify customer needs regarding returns, exchanges, repairs, or claims
• Provide clear information on after-sales service procedures
• Participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• Previous experience in an equivalent role, ideally in large-scale retail
• Passion for customer relations and teamwork
• Dynamic, reactive, and able to adapt quickly to situations
• Open, smiling, and able to establish a friendly atmosphere
• Versatile and rigorous approach to tasks
