Responsibilities
- Professional customer service at checkout counters and customer service points
- Correct calculation and collection of payments for purchased goods
- Supervision of Cashiers and participation in cashier training
- Proper preparation of sales documentation and cash settlement
- Compliance with company health and safety requirements
- Registration and handling of customer complaints
- Registering customers and issuing MAKRO cards
- Settling payments from drivers
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and engagement in daily customer interaction
- Minimum vocational education
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
- Accuracy and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid)
