Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in building MAKRO's image as a customer-friendly company
  • Prepare and verify cash reports
  • Ensure correct operation and completeness of equipment at checkout stations
  • Supervise non-cash payments
  • Comply with company requirements regarding health and safety

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer interaction
  • Minimum vocational education
  • Accuracy and good work organization
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of cash register operation
  • English language proficiency
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
