Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and professional customer service at checkout stations
- Collaborate in building MAKRO's image as a customer-friendly company
- Prepare and verify cash reports
- Ensure correct operation and completeness of equipment at checkout stations
- Supervise non-cash payments
- Comply with company requirements regarding health and safety
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer interaction
- Minimum vocational education
- Accuracy and good work organization
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of cash register operation
- English language proficiency
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid)
