About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and professional customer service at checkout counters
- Collaborate in building MAKRO's image as a customer-friendly company
- Prepare and verify cash reports
- Ensure proper functioning and completeness of equipment at checkout stations
- Supervise cashless payments
- Register and handle customer complaints
- Register customers and issue MAKRO cards
- Comply with company health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer interaction
- Minimum vocational education
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
- Accuracy and reliability
- Previous experience in a similar position is welcome
- Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet is a plus
