About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and professional customer service at checkout counters
  • Collaborate in building MAKRO's image as a customer-friendly company
  • Prepare and verify cash reports
  • Ensure proper functioning and completeness of equipment at checkout stations
  • Supervise cashless payments
  • Register and handle customer complaints
  • Register customers and issue MAKRO cards
  • Comply with company health and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer interaction
  • Minimum vocational education
  • Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Previous experience in a similar position is welcome
  • Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet is a plus
