Responsibilities

• Ensure professional customer service in accordance with company standards
• Implement operational goals and monitor key performance indicators
• Manage the team, including schedule planning, training, motivation, and development
• Develop team sales competencies and act as a role model for active sales
• Cooperate with other departments and represent the company before external institutions
• Supervise sales registration processes, complaints, returns, Tax Free service, and EU customer handling
• Implement new solutions and projects to improve customer service

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Experience in team management and customer service
• Ability to organize own and team work
• Proactive attitude and focus on development
• Knowledge of modern customer service solutions
• Readiness to work in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of cash register operation
• English language proficiency
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
