Cash & Treasury Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts for entities in the U.S. and Europe, including account opening, maintenance, updates, and closures
• Process and coordinate daily payment and collection activities
• Support internal payment approval workflows and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records
• Support cash flow monitoring and liquidity management
• Support bank connectivity initiatives and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Assist with treasury compliance and audit requirements

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or finance operations preferred
• Familiarity with electronic banking systems, ACH/wire payments, and bank reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
