Cash Management & Treasury Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring treasury activities including cash concentration and cash pooling structures
• Support daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient funding across bank accounts and wallets
• Analyze entity and bank account level cash positions to identify opportunities for connectivity to existing cash pools
• Contribute to short-term cash flow forecasting (13-week horizon) using statistical estimation methods
• Support FX settlements with banking partners within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Assist with the Global TMS rollout through documentation, SOP preparation, and user testing
• Perform weekly controls related to cash segregation and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain monthly reporting for interest results, bank fees, and non-L4L fees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of treasury experience within a regulated financial services entity
• In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and financial markets
• Experience operating cash concentration and notional cash pool structures
• Strong understanding of ASEAN market regulations and treasury requirements
• Familiarity with end-to-end bank account maintenance, including KYC/AML and reporting requirements
• Thorough understanding of currency control frameworks, particularly in India

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CTP
• 3+ years of experience working in a global or central Treasury department
• Expert proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), accounting ERPs, and MS Office/Google Suite
• Experience managing safeguarding audits and performing annual risk/liquidity assessments
