Cash Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic Cash Management projects within Treasury
• Act as PMO for Treasury initiatives, monitoring timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Lead discussions and negotiations with local and global banking partners
• Support the expansion and optimization of the company's banking infrastructure
• Map, review, and optimize processes, workflows, and controls
• Serve as the key liaison between Treasury and other business areas
• Develop, document, and promote best practices and governance across regions
• Leverage data and performance indicators to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Advanced or fluent English
• Advanced or fluent Spanish
• Previous experience in regional or global environments
• Knowledge of Cash Management products and operations
• Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools
• Experience in transformation, automation, and process standardization projects
• Experience in fintechs, payment services, or technology companies
• Knowledge of banking connectivity solutions (SWIFT, APIs, Host-to-Host, SFTP)
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools for productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience leveraging Generative AI for operational efficiency
• Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Finance or Project Management
