About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic Cash Management projects within Treasury
- Act as PMO for Treasury initiatives, monitoring timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Lead discussions and negotiations with local and global banking partners
- Support the expansion and optimization of the company's banking infrastructure
- Map, review, and optimize processes, workflows, and controls
- Serve as the key liaison between Treasury and other business areas
- Develop, document, and promote best practices and governance across regions
- Leverage data and performance indicators to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
- Advanced or fluent English
- Advanced or fluent Spanish
- Previous experience in regional or global environments
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and operations
- Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools
- Experience in transformation, automation, and process standardization projects
- Experience in fintechs, payment services, or technology companies
- Knowledge of banking connectivity solutions (SWIFT, APIs, Host-to-Host, SFTP)
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools for productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience leveraging Generative AI for operational efficiency
- Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Finance or Project Management
