Cash Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative cash management and liquidity solutions to corporate clients through a consultative sales approach.
• Identify potential customers, analyze their financial needs, and stay abreast of emerging market trends and competitor strategies.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into customers and negotiate beneficial terms.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and senior treasury professionals to understand their funding and liquidity requirements.
• Collaborate with internal Product, FX Sales, and Trading teams to provide integrated solutions across cash, payments, and foreign exchange.
• Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to the development of broader transaction banking propositions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.

Requirements

• Expertise in cash management with strong knowledge of industry products and market trends.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of developing new client relationships.
• Experience in client-facing roles using a consultative approach to structure tailored solutions.
• Confidence in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of currency markets, pricing, spreads, and volatility drivers for Foreign Exchange.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) certifications, such as an Award or Certificate in International Cash Management.
• CISI Capital Markets Programme or an equivalent qualification.
