Cash Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and build the treasury function, defining processes and best practices for optimization and security
• Manage short and medium-term cash forecasting and daily monitoring of cash positions and bank flows
• Optimize Group liquidity and Working Capital Requirements (WCR)
• Administer, optimize, and configure the Kyriba TMS to automate and reliable cash flows
• Manage multi-currency flows and monitor foreign exchange exposure
• Oversee banking relationships and implement internal control procedures for payment circuits
• Implement cash pooling structures and monitor client/supplier payment terms

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance (Bac+5)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth international environment
• Proficiency in Kyriba TMS and SAP ERP
• Expertise in cash forecasting, cash pooling, and WCR management
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure processes in a transforming environment
