Cash Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Firm's cash flows and balances to provide intraday and long-term forecasting for Treasury
• Act as a control team for Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Management to ensure timely processing of funding transfers
• Manage High Impact Functions (HIFs), including client money processing, with high levels of accuracy
• Execute complex processes and assist Team Managers in coordinating risks, processes, and projects
• Identify operational risks in day-to-day processes and propose improvements based on detailed knowledge
• Train team members, allocate tasks, and provide first-line escalation support
• Build relationships across the Firm and share expert knowledge to contribute to team development

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar functional area
• Comprehensive knowledge of operational and compliance policies and procedures
• Basic banking knowledge with a focus on cash clearing and securities custody
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong aptitude for identifying numerical trends and working with large, complex data sets
• Ability to operate independently and embrace the Firm's core values
